The NICNT in English and Spanish: Every Volume
A list of the volumes of the New International Commentary on the New Testament (NICNT), with their English editions, the Spanish translations from Tesoro Bíblico, CLIE and Portavoz, and links to each one.
In this post
The New International Commentary on the New Testament (NICNT) is one of the most widely used evangelical commentary series in seminaries and in sermon preparation. Eerdmans has published it since the late 1940s. Its general editors have been Ned B. Stonehouse, F. F. Bruce, Gordon D. Fee and, today, Joel B. Green. Volumes are revised or replaced when needed, so the same biblical book can have two or three different editions.
In Spanish the series is called the Nuevo Comentario Internacional del Nuevo Testamento (NCINT). Several publishers have translated it at different times, and not always the same edition. This post gathers in one place what exists in each language and where to find it.

Several of these volumes replaced earlier ones. For example, Michaels's John replaced Leon Morris's (1971), Cockerill's Hebrews replaced F. F. Bruce's, and Bruce's Colossians, Philemon and Ephesians (1984) was split into three new volumes. The older editions are still in circulation, and some of them are the ones that were translated into Spanish.

What is missing in Spanish
With the three publishers together, almost the whole New Testament has at least one volume in Spanish. Missing are 1 and 2 Thessalonians (Fee), the Pastoral Epistles (Towner) and the letters of John (Marshall). When there are two translations of the same book, it is worth checking the edition. Morris's John, CLIE's Romans and Portavoz's Bruce volume translate editions earlier than the ones now current in English.
For the Old Testament, the sister series has its own list in The NICOT: Every Volume of the Old Testament.
